About the Space
Our spaces hosts a wide array of events for this area. Conferences, meetings, classes, onboarding and much more! Can be set up for U-shape or individual preferences. Audio Visual, Dual Screens, Wireless Setup, HDMI, Projector, Phone Conferencing available. Networking events encouraged. No weddings, engagement, or rehearsals for this space. -We have 24/7 free parking. -We have free coffee, tea, water, and fruit infused water in the cafe. -People are welcome to order catering and set it up in the meeting rooms. -While in the space, we do have a market with snacks, grab and go meals, and drinks for purchase. -We do have large green curtains perfect for backdrops in Angel Oak. -We have free to the public lunch and learns/classes throughout each month. -We can control the volume of the music that plays throughout the building (for example: turn it off, up, or down in Angel Oak). -We have a popcorn machine and do a popcorn bar on Mondays at 3pm (if requested, popcorn machine may be using for events/ in meeting for extra fee.) -We have adapters for laptops to connect to our audio/webcam/ monitors (ex: to plug our USB ports into a Macbook to use zoom on the meeting room TV). -The meeting rooms have lights that can be turned off, on, dimmed, adjusted, turn some off and keep some on, etc.
