With over 8500 Square feet and a capacity of 350 people the space features 2 bars, sound equipment, a stage, an outdoor patio with bar and lounge, sprawling views, beautiful mens and women's bathrooms, chairs, tables, and much more.
There is public parking right at the back door, the space is handicap accessible, you can load in and load out with a dolly, there is an elevator that opens into the space, parties can go until 12:00, and the ocean breeze fills the space with fresh air. The space can easily be transformed to become an art gallery, a nightclub, summer day party, or whatever the imagination can create.
With years of experience in event management and film production, the hosts are very accommodating. The staff is friendly and the space is very functional.
