This Hotel modernist Art Deco tower was the tallest hotel in the city when it opened downtown as the Roosevelt Hotel in 1929. Since then, under the warm glow of the building’s red neon “ROOSEVELT” sign, Seattle has evolved from the epicenter of the Pacific Northwest’s maritime and forestry industries to a cradle of innovation that has transformed the aviation, computing, retail, and hospitality industries, and taken a seat at the global table. GRAHAM ROOM This intimate and collaborative work lounge is ideal for small groups who need space for brainstorming their next innovations. Designed to help spark creativity, the Graham has lots of natural light and is equipped with two comfortable seating areas: one includes a table and four chairs, while the other has casual swivel chairs and low lounge worktables. There’s also a dry-erase glass board and LCD screen. WRIGHT ROOM This unique L-shaped room offers a variety of set-up possibilities, making a versatile space that can be used for anything from creative presentations to strategic planning sessions. With four windows facing Pine Street, the room is bathed in natural light. Exits on either side of the room minimize disruption during presentations. Includes a large ceiling-mounted drop-down screen. CABINET ROOM Have a small group of up to 10 people and want something beyond a standard boardroom? Our Cabinet room is equipped with a walnut conference table, comfortable leather chairs, AV equipment, and walnut flooring, creating a contemporary, inspiring space that inspires productivity. Located on the corner of the 2nd floor, with three windows overlooking 7th and Pine Streets, it provides both privacy and a view to the outside world. CARLSON ROOM Our largest meeting room, the Carlson room can accommodate groups up to 100 people. It can be set up in a variety of configurations, whether you’re organizing a motivational seminar, business reception or celebration banquet. A large ceiling-mounted drop-down screen makes presentations easy. THE RESIDENCE We created The Residence to inspire and delight— it’s spread across 2,000 sq. ft. of space on the entire 19th floor and features stunning panoramic views of downtown Seattle. The penthouse accommodations at The Residence are ideal for a wide variety of needs, be it a luxurious stay or as a private space for events, weddings and entertainment group travel. • Three terraces with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and stunning views • Living room with glass solarium, hardwood floors and exposed brick • Kitchenette for entertaining including sink, cook-top, under-cabinet freezer, refrigerator and storage • Multi-media room (with 65” TV), seated dining for six, wet bar and powder room • Master bedroom with King bed and handwoven wool carpet • Can be booked in accordance with our 20th floor Light in the Attic rooms for additional accommodations and private access RIDER Seattle was built on a foundation of logging and fishing, and at Rider, the bounty of the sea meets the transformative power of an open wood-fired grill.
