Daniela and her Plant Paradise Loft provided a fantastic NYE experience for our group. The PPL is particularly perfect for a small party (30 folks would fit comfortably), a casual movie screening, an open mic night or pretty much any event that isn't specifically food and drink-focused. We cannot thank Daniela enough for all of her help and would recommend her venue to pretty much anybody. The loft is impeccably decorated, and Daniela's entertainment setup is perfect for hosting a proper party. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for staging food and drinks, along with pretty much every extant cooking instrument. The programmable lighting and sound mixer elevated the event dramatically - we flipped the lights to magenta at midnight, and that tonal shift was the perfect catalyst for dancing to start. Daniela herself was extremely helpful and responsive (also clearly just good people). Our walkthrough of the PPL on event day was comprehensive and made it easy to set up quickly on arrival. We had a couple quick questions that came up during the party and Daniela responded quickly to both. In these and myriad other ways, Daniela made every effort to accommodate us and make sure our NYE was a great one.

Welcome to Swinger's ;) Paradise! Airy, peaceful plant-filled loft with a swing on ground floor in Bushwick with clean, clear energy, good light, and a full DJ setup. It's the perfect space as a canvas for your photo/film shoot, small events, meet-ups, co-working, movie screenings, workshops, yoga, and meditation events. Featuring 19ft ceilings, white walls, gorgeous bold colored furnishings and antiques, natural light, loads of lighting in any color you can think of thanks to wifi bulbs, lots of plants, a lofted bedroom with two additional areas that include a bird nest chair and the other features an Indian modular floor couch, a full drum kit (tuned!), and a guitar. Large kitchen with breakfast bar and bar seating as well as a tropical inspired bathroom. Ground floor access in a building with a fantastic rooftop with stellar city views. Outside, the neighborhood mixes industrial, residential, and park spaces for a great blend of greenery (Maria Hernandez Park) & graffiti (Bushwick Collective) for use as a location outside the loft walls.
