Our home is an airy, bright Open-Concept Mid-Century photographer's dream. The house is situated on a hill above street level in a charming neighborhood, only seven houses from a large park and recreation center. The main living space features an expansive and open kitchen with a 13' island, dining area, living room, open breakfast nook, gas fireplace, and a second living room at the rear of the home. The living area is surrounded by large windows allowing ample natural light and the rear part of the home features post and beam style gable glass and open views of the backyard. There is also a master bedroom, guest room, kids room, as well as 2.5 baths. The private backyard features a modern covered patio, dining area, and recently installed Palm Springs resort style swimming pool, spa, and seating area a with Mid-Century outdoor fireplace. The home is accessed by three stairways leading up from street level and there is ample street parking adjacent to the home on two sides. A downstairs office and two car garage can be made available for storage, if needed.
