If you do need to leave, this home is perfectly situated on Tybee’s famous Tybrisa Street – just two short beach blocks to shopping, dining and the world famous South Beach pier and pavilion area. At the heart of the living space is Chef’s kitchen with double ovens, dual dishwashers, oversized refrigerator with dual icemakers and quartz countertops. The quartz waterfall kitchen island is the perfect space for preparing meals and still being able to socialize with your entire vacation group. Conveniently off of the kitchen is a separate pantry and laundry room. Every detail has been carefully thought out from the Barn and Pocket doors to the Designer light fixtures. There are two separate living room seating areas that are perfect for reading a book or playing a game of cards. Resting under a custom designed chandelier is the barn wood dining room table with benches on each side. Tucked beside the living area is a half bathroom that may be accessed from the hallway. The middle floor is completed by the first Master Bedroom suite. Master suite #1 features a King size bed, HD tv, walk-in closet, private screened in porch and large ensuite bathroom. The private screened porch has a lounge area and overlooks the front playground area. The attached full bathroom features dual sinks with the same quartz countertops that have been carried throughout the house, as well as custom tile shower with bench and dual shower heads. The top floor of the home is just a few steps up the custom wood staircase with colorful riser design. The entirety of the second-floor walls are covered in Board and Batten wall trim – mimicking the second story outdoor wall treatment!
