Built in 1938, this house offers a lot of character. The home is conveniently located just minutes away from all major Parkways and Expressways and 19 miles from Manhattan. There is plenty of natural light surrounding the home, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring clean audio. Furniture can be moved and rooms can be set decorated however you want them. The main floor has an open concept kitchen and family room with a fireplace, living room with fireplace, formal dining room (seats 8), and 1 bathroom. Windows (9) and glass sliding doors throughout the family room and kitchen overlook a private saltwater in-ground pool (seasonal). Currently, a room on the first floor has been dedicated to hair and make-up with a vanity mirror and a wardrobe rack. In the backyard, we have an in-ground saltwater pool and a cast iron aluminum patio table that seats 10. There are 5 lounge chairs situated on the pool deck with 2 umbrellas and 2 outdoor end tables.
