Bulk trash is anything that cannot fit within the trash can or trash bins in the hallway. • Please return the studio back to the condition it was in. • Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.
