Share Event space that can be transformed into many different types of uses from meeting space to dance space to parties, showers, lecture hall, etc. We have two floors with the lower floor looking more like a church basement. We are located in an industrial area in a small town that very much has a “rust belt” type feel to it. The main room is about 4200 sq ft with a small stage, bar, projector with gray walls, gray floors, and stone work around the stage and bar. The parking lot is currently pretty beat up and hasn’t been repaired yet.
