Located on top of the tallest mountain in Concan, with 180 degree views. Rancho Vista is two story with several large concrete patios for an amazing sunset view and dark enough for stargazing at night. Inside sleeps 10 comfortably and includes a Texas themed roadside bar with street signs, barn wood and brick.
The house is in a neighborhood with lots of trees, a natural landscape, wildlife and the Frio river runs at the base of the mountain. This is a popular Spring Break and Summertime tubing area, 3 hours west of Austin.
The interior is Texas kitsch with a lot of textured walls including some with handmade brick from a nearby town called D’Hanis. The ceiling is mostly wood strips and the roadhouse bar has galvanized metal, brick, painted barn wood. The other walls are light and bright with a white kitchen.
There are three bedrooms, one with a balcony and three separate bathrooms. The house is a cross shaped floor plan with a metal roof. The art features assorted living animals with the fireplace mantle decor as a giant longhorn skull and horns. The air conditioner is brand new, dual zoned with a digital thermostat.
House is a short term rental property, so the availability is based on guest rentals.
