Our newly built Dark Brick Kitchen Studio Set is perfect for Food Shoots & Events. We are located in downtown Culver City in the heart of Los Angeles. We are minutes away from the I-10 Freeway and positioned next to the Culver City Metro Station. With a Walk Score of 91, accessibility is a huge selling point. We are within walking distance from Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Platform Shopping Center and Downtown Culver City. Our multipurpose 2,200 square foot studio is perfect for any shoot ranging from product to fashion and lifestyle. The space can be reconfigured to suit your production needs. We have a mounted seamless rack for easy swap-outs. The space in this area is very open with high ceilings perfect for any lighting setup. We have two commercial double-door refrigerators, a commercial freezer, two gas stoves (one in the set kitchen and one in the prep kitchen), an oven and three moveable Boos Block tables. The client lounge area is an area in the main space of our studio close to the action. Feel free to set up monitors for your client while they lounge on some of our comfy furniture! The Conference Room / Green Room is an enclosed space in the front of our studio which has a loading dock and sliding garage door. In addition to the conference table, there is also a lounge area in this room. This can be used for meetings, talent or even a place to shoot. Our studio is outfitted with modern appliances throughout - from top-of-the-line cookware to optional prop and gear rentals. There’s something for everyone. Our 2,200 square foot studio is equipped with the following: -Loading Dock with Garage Door Access -(2) Kitchens - Set Kitchen, Prep Kitchen -(1) Bathroom -Conference Room / Green Room -Client Lounge Area
