This is great space with a phenomenal host! It exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to book again. Look no further for a beautiful, spacious and magical space!
BASICS: The Flex-Space is about 1000 square feet, light gray wood flooring, a large mirrored wall,12 foot ceilings and stark white surroundings. It features a 4 chair waiting room, single-occupant restroom, kitchenette with small microwave, and climate control.
YOGA CLASSES: The space fits about 15-18 yoga mats depending on configuration (see photos). One wall has a 16 foot continuous mirror. The space includes a bluetooth speaker for broadcasting music. The space is perfect for yoga teacher training since we offer seminar tables for the lecture portion. The space can also be used for yoga retreats, sound bath, meditation, breath-work and intensives. Ask for a discounted rate request for 200, 300 and 500 hour teacher trainings, and for committed class time slots. You can offer teacher trainings here while keeping your studio's schedule completely open. Perfect for private lessons or weekly yoga class rental. Please ask about 1-hour rentals. Book using the 'Meeting' rate.
LECTURES & SEMINARS: The space fits up to 10 seminar tables (18" x 8 ') accommodating 30 attendees. There is an 80" TV perfect for a screen-share presentation. We offer a wireless microphone set if needed. We offer an adjustable height podium and 4'x6' stage if needed for presenting. We offer a 6' rolling service cart for serving snacks, and a 50-cup coffee brewer/hot water dispenser, and (3) food-warming crock pots if needed. Book using the 'Meeting' rate.
CELEBRATIONS: The space can be configured many ways to suit your needs. We offer seminar tables can be used together to make (4) 3'x8' tables to seat up to 32. The tables can be configured into a horse-shoe shape, or banquet-style. Your are welcome to bring your own tables/chairs etc. We offer a 6' countertop on wheels that can be used as a buffet or display table. We offer (3) 7qt slow-cookers for keeping your food warm. We have one small microwave. No 'cooking or grilling' is permitted. We offer a 50-cup coffee brewer/hot water. Food trucks are not permitted here at the Park. Clean-up fee is required for all celebration rentals. We offer a bluetooth speaker that can be used to play music. Book using the 'Event' rate.
RENTALS: We can supply: (1-10) 18"x8' seminar tables, (1-5) 3'x8' banquet tables and table cloths, (1-40) folding chairs, (1) 2-level 6' rolling buffet, (1) coffee brewer, (1-3) food-warming crockpots, (1-2) podiums, (1) 4'x6' stage, (1) Bluetooth speaker, (1-2) wireless microphones (meetings only), (1-3) 5x5 Freestanding partitions (white), (1-3) LED adjustable party lights, (1-6) sets of 3 flameless-flickering LED candles.
