Seats up to 25, sit-down; 40 standing reception The price depends on the menu and drink package you choose. Please contact the host for custom rate. We do have a set up fee of $150 for the boardwalk & meeting rooms. Rooftop set up fee of $10 per person for 30 people or more and $250 (total) for less than 30 people. Set up fee can be negotiable depending of the amount of guests. Private bartender fee is $350 for the duration of the reservation/event. Sound system rental is $150 but it can also be negotiable.
