Kyle's space was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing with plenty of parking for our small crew and the interior was spacious and decked out so well we were able to get straight to shooting after arriving. We shot a short film and absolutely everything we needed was already present in the space and it has such a nice, homey feel to it that we had very little set changes. Lighting was great, sound came out perfect, and the overall ambiance is perfect for almost any type of home shoot. Kyle was also amazing! He offered to walk us through the space and was quick and efficient with his response time. Super friendly as well! LOVED the space and will 100% book and recommend to others. Thank you!
Gorgeous three story modern home. Great location right off Riverside drive. Townhome style single family home. Recessed lights throughout home. Bottom floor has a bedroom (converted to gym) with en-suite bathroom and two car garage. Second floor has main living area, dining room and bathroom. Third floor has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Built in 2017. *Refundable security deposit required.
