This house was built in 1950, designed by an architect who was an acolyte of Frank Lloyd Wright. It has two bedrooms/bathroom suites located at separate ends of this 2,500-square-foot house that sits atop a hill overlooking Memorial Park in the Buckhead section of Atlanta, five miles from downtown. The steep driveway leads you to this amazing home. You will enjoy the privacy the property affords. When walking down the driveway, enjoy crossing the street to walking trails and playground in the park. The house is located around the corner from a golf course; you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby. Two of the bedrooms are huge; one has a king-sized bed and the other a queen. Each has a TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed located in what was originally a lavish dressing room adjacent to the master. Hi-speed wifi is included. The central part of the house includes a sunken living room -- accessible by walking down two steps -- lined with a wall of windows overlooking the park. It contains a concert grand piano that is kept in tune. It also includes a sunken dining room, a breakfast nook, an office, a well-stocked kitchen, and a laundry room. Utilities are an additional $300 per month / capped
