This desert oasis is a blend between Mid-Century Modern and Spanish Southwest with a lot of natural light, large kitchen, breakfast nook, open concept living room, 8 seat dining table, heated pool and hot tub controlled all within the backdrop of mountain views and a cacti garden. The home also has a private courtyard, patio chairs, fire pit and an outdoor gym. The home has 3 large sliding glass doors that open to the back patio with tons of natural light, a cozy breakfast nook, a reading corner/office, outdoor patio chairs equipped with fire pit and outdoor dining tables. This desert oasis also has an outdoor gym with equipped with adjustable free weights, bench, pull up bar and natural grass patch for yoga or lounging. The back area also includes a heated swimming pool and spa, 6 burner bbq propane grill, patio furniture and fire pit. The 3 bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the house allowing for maximum privacy and quiet. The rooms boast full sized memory foam beds that can fit two people each, full closets, full length mirrors, dressers and side lamps. Each bathroom comes with a bidet and the main bathroom has a linen closet with available towels, linens and washcloths.
