Welcome to our Mid-Century Modern home with Hollywood Glam and Art Deco vibes off the Sunset Strip above the famous Chateau Marmont. Perfect for photoshoots, productions and events, this open floor home is drenched with natural light during the day and, at night, the dramatic lighting accentuates the vibrant colors of the unique interior design. Walk through the Hollywood Glam living room into the period-inspired kitchen adorn with Mid-Century colors and accents. Enter beautifully designed master bedroom and feel like you’re in Old Hollywood. The guest bathroom shows off Art Deco aesthetics. While the study is an homage to the Beverly Hills Hotel, down to minute details. All the while this smart home has all modern tech amenities! The street-to-street lot has an undeveloped hilltop (part of the property) with breathtaking city views that can double as a backdrop for various natural and rustic locations (or even create your own mini Hollywood Sign backdrop!). The faux grass rooftop deck, also with gorgeous views, boasts a hot tub and zen lighting are perfect for a serene night. The outdoor patio, with its large outdoor mirrors adorning over white stucco walls, invokes images of a coastal Mediterranean villa. Plenty of street parking and film permitting is a simple task in this area. A on site manager will be present during the entire time of the event to assist. The venue must be fully vacated by the end time of your booking. We can only commit on dates that are within the next 3 months. Please do not inquire for dates that are a year from now.
