This property is a grand manor with a huge 2 story main house built around a luxurious Bellaio type pool with fountains and large Guest House. 14 foot ceilings in the Living Room and 20 foot ceiling in main hall and Windows opening to the amazing pool, Side yard and Gardens. Living room and dinning room are large spaces with high ceilings. Classic office and Master bedroom with 14ft ceilings with incredible bath and space for full crews. The upstairs is completely open and has commanding views of the entire Las Vegas strip and the surrounding mountains including the entrance to RedRock. There is a separate 2br/2bath guest house with a complete kitchen for catering or Craft services. Tons of exterior space including a Vineyard and magnificent gardens. A rooftop deck allows for shooting down onto the pool area or the backyard gardens. The pool is movie worthy and has a full outdoor kitchen including a Pizza oven. The house is the perfect film location with magnificent interior and exterior areas all with access. The garage features rear garage door to make it easy to bring in equipment including cranes. It is quiet, has close freeway access, is not on the approach or departure for Las Vegas Airport and has milder weather than the Las Vegas strip area. It is gracious and memorable.
