Beautiful modern traditional penthouse with floor to ceiling windows throughout. The city view is as good as it gets from every room. Hight 12ft ceilings. Filled with accent walls and fine art. Two balconies provide fantastic unencumbered views of the Atlanta skyline featuring the Bank of America as well as Google buildings. Parking is free and plentiful week days with validation. Common area includes huge pool with waterfall and a view, game room with pool tables arcade games, darts and poker table. Media room and huge well equipped gym. This penthouse is in the epicenter of midtown with walking score of 10. Plenty of parks, restaurants, and grocery store just a short walk away. The lighting is smart and can color change with voice. If you are looking for a hight end space with vibes. Look no further.
