Our space has a private entrance, dedicated parking and ADA bathroom, a long counter with a sink, and two 8' wide x 7' high south-facing picture windows. The 14' ceilings are copper, the walls are white wide plank, and the floor is barnwood lvp. The entire space gets lots of natural light, and it's a blank slate for your use.
Located in west Denver Metro, we're right next to Berkeley and Highlands in east Wheat Ridge.
