Owned by experienced location hosts who understand what productions need, our home is ready for your next film, show, or music video. Our home is a 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom large colonial with amazing details and many different vignettes set on one acre of landscaped yard. Our home is perfect for the location manager who needs to have a home that plays multiple locations in one. Starting from the extensive yard and front porch that are set up on the top of a cul de sac rise allowing for great perspective shots that can show "neighborhood in Anytown USA" to the classic double front door and rocking chairs the home invites you into an experience that is both modern and contemporary. As soon as you enter the home there is a library and a formal dining room with plenty of space to film even with longer lenses and dolly tracks. The house continues along into a living room that is warm and inviting with high ceilings and windows that are perfect for shooting HMI's through. Going upstairs there is an amazing bedroom with a fireplace and an office with a wall of FUNKO Pops that can serve as a studio location or and office location. We are easy to work with and are not precious about any of our things if a production needs to move things around or swap out items then it's never an issue. One of us can be there on set as a contact or we can go to a hotel and let your team have the run of the place for a month, we are flexible!
