Ron was a very great host. He responded quick to messages and always stayed in communication. His home is gorgeous and well maintained. He was also very helpful after the event! I would highly recommend Ron!
NOTE: Our home is only available form 9am-10pm. It is only available for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Films, Bridal Showers, and Weddings (Weddings have additional fee's because of set up, please inquire for wedding pricing.)
This large open floor plan home is perfect for films/ music videos/ photoshoots/ events and more.
This house includes a large picturesque back yard with open views of the mountains, a unique shaped salt water 15x40 ft pool and fast heating Jacuzzi with lighting (can be heated for $50 extra fee) There is also a large grass area with palm trees and a 6 hole putting green. There’s lots of mood lighting around the patio island and fire pits around the pool and seating areas. Although the yard is open it’s very private.
Step inside through the massive floor to ceiling sliding doors giving the fashionable living room a indoor/outdoor feel with great natural light. Chandeliers and fur rugs give this space a rich feeling.
The raised kitchen and dining area is bright and open over looking the living room and entertainment space / bar. The dinning table is solid stone waterfall style with modern chairs. You also get beautiful views from the kitchen.
The entertainment area comes equips with a 15 ft long bar with black marble countertops, a large pool table, shuffle board, & poker table. The ceiling are vaulted in this area making it feel very large and open. NOTE: The Stocked Bar is for background only not for consumption.
The master bedroom has unique purple wallpaper and a glam black velvet headboard. This space also opens up to the backyard and has great views and good lighting.
In the luxurious master bath you’ll find a huge white marble shower, a massive spa like bathtub, crystal chandelier, and large textured glass windows to let in lots of natural light.
Our custom 6 garage has a polished epoxy marble look flooring that give a great look in photos and films. We have a Maserati and a lifted Jeep with all the bells and whistles that can be used in your shoot for a extra fee.
This home also has a guest room that is used for a changing room, & a hall bathroom with a lighted vanity.
