Lots of space available for shoots. We use this space to store our rental cars. Flexible space. Problem is we are located close to LAX and we get overhead flights that disrupts recording dialogue but if you just need a space to take photos build a small set, or shoot music videos this is great though we have shot movies here if you don’t mind adjusting to an occasional jet flying over. The cars here are not part of the rental space though we might let you use them for a reasonable additional fee if you’re just using them for background or props but full driving on the streets will require proper insurance and rental fee. But we are flexible willing to pull out the vehicles let you make a small mess paint blood sfx smoke fog etc. Neighbors will not complain about playback music. Parking for vehicles will have to be on the street except for the cars you’re actually shooting. FYI Loading trucks will not fit inside the warehouse.
