Historic landmark building opened in 1891 and served for 100 years as a Catholic school and educated 13000 students before closing its doors in 1991. The building was architecturally restored and renovated in early 2000s. It was recently purchased by a former student, who partnered with a former childhood schoolmate and local marketing firm to brand and launch this gorgeous space in October 2025 as Downtown's Newest "Old School" Venue with a unique charm , stunningly restored halls with all the feels, and a warm welcoming space in the heart of this riverfront Olde Towne neighborhood. A Two-story building with high beadboard ceilings, long paned windows lining every room, hard wood floors, back and front stairwells, caterers kitchen, two accessible unisex bathrooms, accessible back entrance, piano lounge with antique oak bar, on-site parking, wifi, lots of outlets, two TV and av setups, spacious, tables and chairs, empty basement accessible for storage.
