Share Our studio is a located at the private community in the heart of Art District. It is a great studio for private events, off-sites and video / photo productions.
This 1150 sq ft loft is an open floor plan that can host up to a 10 person booking. It has a big floor to ceiling glass garage door that let in ton of sunlights during the day. It also has 20ft ceiling, central AC, Full kitchen, arcade machine, garage tools and beautiful a textured concrete wall. It is very quiet for audio recording.
We have central AC to keep you cool and fast internet to keep you online at all times. It's the perfect place for interviews, photo shoot, workshops and any events! It's also great for meetings or just a quiet place to get some work done at the studio.
The sunny loft includes:
- 8 person dining table, that can be extended to 12, depending on your need.
- 6' kitchen island with bar stools.
- 47in smart TV on stands with Netflix and Roku
- Variety of dimmable light designs and configurations;
- Beautiful bathroom with shower
Profoto lighting equipment w/ 4K apple monitor Available for rent ($50 daily rate)
An on-site manager will meet you by the building entrance.
