The 1200 square feet of open space is used for a stylist's wardrobe rental house. It is a multiuse space with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The view is great featuring the downtown buildings from a far. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a vintage building. There is fire escape access over N. Broadway. The wardrobe in the space is all mobile and available to use for rental if desired. Or it can all be moved out for an open space. There is a bathroom on the same level, elevator access , wifi, AC and a shared kitchen space. There are many available spaces outside the unit for production or H&MU for example.
