Included in the price you'd have access to the KITCHEN, ONE BATHROOM, and TWO BEDROOMS for staging/talent or whatever you like. You can also shoot in these spaces as part of the price if you wish.

Please note the bedrooms you'll have access to are the grey and white walled ones, and the bathroom you'll have access to is not pictured, as it's tiny and not suitable for filming.
The basement entrance is ground level so easy access for unloading.
The basement can receive power no problem, and can be lit from outside the windows you see in the photos too.
