Historic Colonial 2-Storey In San Fernando, CA
**NOTE: Rate is variable based on impact and shoot details.** The San Fernando Masonic Lodge has been a venue for Netflix and other TV, Film, MTV & photoshoots. Our building has retained that rustic colonial look and feel since it's construction in 1955. Photo and video shoots utilized multiple spaces in the building that boasts a huge hall that can hold up to 350 people and a stage for presentations and smaller halls that will fit 25, 50, and 100 people. Located on one of the main roads of the city of San Fernando, the historic building became a favorite location for production teams not just because of the spacious multiple halls that they can do simultaneous shoots that saves them time and their production budgets but also because of its big parking space that can host their generators, big trucks, artist vans, and cars that can easily hold up to 80 vehicles.

The owner was very accommodating with last minute date changes we needed to make and with our large cast. The cost of fees was higher then usual (for fees in person at the location - site rep and cleaning fees- and processing/damage fees through giggster it added up to another $600+ for a 5 hour shoot). Our on site rep didn't speak much english but he was very nice. The location wasn't extremely clean but that was the vibe we wanted for our shoot. I would say its a good location depending what you're going for, just recommend the location lower all the extra fees as that would keep me from booking again. They also had quite a bit of confusion that we were coming. From what we understand something with the booking got confused on their end and we had to show them screen shots of the booking.
