A perfectly preserved building, we look forward to hosting you to bring your next creative project, event, or meeting to life. The upstairs level offers a large outdoor deck, a large indoor space with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, a bathroom with casino views and a claw foot tub, original hardwood floors and many other original architectural details. The downstairs level offers a large kitchenette, plenty of space for storage, a laundry area, sitting area, dining/meeting table that seats 8, and a bathroom.
