Historic 1940's Bowling Alley

The Bowling Alley was built in 1947, and it was the first Brunswick automated lanes built in the state of Texas. It was quite the technological advancement at that time, and the Hermann Sons, headed up by Fritz Schilo, decided they needed a place to gather and to provide the public with a state-of-the-art bowling alley. Located on the second floor, the bowling alley is no longer open to the public. However, this time capsule is a gem that you can rent for special occasions. The bowling alley has a bar and a very spacious floorplan. Lanes can be turned on by special request. 2021 BOWLING ALLEY RATES • Capacity 200 • Located on 2nd Floor Monday - Wednesday 8 am-4 pm: $500 4 pm - midnight: $500 Thursday: 8 am-4 pm: $500 4 pm - midnight: $700 Friday - Saturday: 8 am-4 pm: $700 4 pm - midnight: $700 Sunday: 8 am-4 pm: $700 4 pm - midnight: $700 Rental Fee Includes: Bartender, Tables and Chairs, and Clean Up after Party Black linen tablecloths available for an extra charge upon request.
