This is a multi use event space and location. Its large back space offers over 16000 square feet of space that can be transformed to fit multiple needs for production designers, producers, directors and event coordinators. The space is closed off to the outside to offer DP's the opportunity to create whatever type of lighting environments they choose. The stage and sound system is equipped with Bose Professional audio systems that offer superior sounding playback and AV hookups for projection on two large screens as well as 270 degree projection mapping. The venue also has a number of tables and chairs for production needs. The front of house is a working restaurant and kitchen that could easily double up as any sort of restaurant. The back space also has a full green room for H&MU and talent holding with its own separate restroom. The event space also has a number of working lights suspended from a limited grid that can be used accordingly. If needed, our on site Audio Visual Engineer can be available to coordinate your in house lighting and sound needs.
