Great micro space with many backgrounds for photo and video content shoot. Great shops and food in the neighborhood, a block from Nostrand & Franklin A/C Train stop. The space is next to recording studios, so you will hear music. **No Smoking In the Space or Building** - Bright Cherry Blossom Dressing Room with white velvet curtains and a mirror (entrance). Doubles a s dressing room, with hangers available. - Champagne Reflective wall paper w/ white vanity area & and crystal jellyfish chandelier, - Tan/Light Yellow wall with decorative wall moulding and beautiful vintage yellow/gold settee with (2 lamp options). - Green faux fireplace wall w/ gold/copper chandelier & distressed/antique mirror. - Brown library area, with books (some are faux books that double as storage) + brown baby's breath. - Classic blue Chinoiserie-style bistro chair area. Plates can be removed, if requested prior to booking. PROPS: White vintage phone, white tea set (6), selfie tripod with remote and two light rings, gold column pedestal.
