This Los Feliz neighborhood in L.A. is a relaxed hillside enclave that draws both established and up-and-coming creative types. This is a very beautiful and clean house that could be anywhere in America and the rooms reflect that. The home includes a large Chef style kitchen as well as dining, living and tea rooms. There is a 2nd story large master suite bedroom and two large bedrooms as well as a 1st floor smaller bedroom. There is an outdoor dinning patio area that's great for cast/crew lunch and plenty of room for a catering set up truck etc. We have a backyard area with fruit tree's as well as a vegetable and rose garden. Trail heads to Griffith Park hiking is nearby. Plenty of free parking on the street for production trucks, cubes, cars etc. No animals are on the property.
