The condo is approximately 1600 sq ft there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms PLEASE NOTE - the bedrooms are NOT included in the rental.
Rental includes: living room, dining room, kitchen (for setup/assembly of food only - not full on cooking*, guest bathroom, and balcony.

Parking is limited due to the downtown location so Uber and car pool is strongly recommended however there is a parking lot across the street from the building and several paid parking decks in very close proximity (about a minute walk).
Max number of guest is 8 (can make an exception for a few more depending on the circumstance and this is strictly enforced)
