Our beautiful, 2000 sq ft studio with 4 permanent private art and design studios offers a 1050 sq ft production space for daily rentals, - Lovingly called "Throne Room" because of its high ceiling, this large space is ideal for any creative video/photo/production shoot you can dream of. We are a newly-found and renovated artist-run space with 16-ft high ceilings, concrete floors, and a pristine white wall (34 x 16 feet) — our spacious open layout is the perfect ambiance for your creative shoot. Our neighborhood is a hotspot for NYC creative professionals, filmmakers, artists, and influencers of all kinds, nestled in beautiful Greenpoint with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
Our luminous and spacious studio is nestled within a commercial and industrial building and features a lovely indirect skylight allowing natural light to filter through in the afternoon for a soft, skybox effect. Strong tube lights further help create a brightly-lit environment.
Our multifunctional space occasionally hosts small private events, film crews and talent, creative art projects, workshops, and in-progress dance showings. Feel free to share your vision with us, and we will see if we can make it happen! Our space is not a gallery space!
Still- looking for more? Ask about our costumes and additional themed props, which are available for rent from the studio owner. For smaller objects in the space to use in your creative project, inquire for permission first. Every single sculpture, art, antique, and prop within our space has been carefully hand-made and/or handpicked and curated by the founder and visual artist Sindy Butz and are available to enhance your project needs and vision.
All furniture and art can be removed upon request.
