We have a custom designed open floor plan office space, currently being used for our real estate business and art gallery, but has potential to serve numerous uses. With gorgeous high ceilings made of reclaimed wood, brick walls, and polished cement flooring, the space is hip, chic, and flexible. With 1,000 sf of indoor space, including a small kitchenette and bathroom, their is ample room to host book readings, pop-up clothing stores, art events, yoga classes, sound baths, meetings, or company events. We have hosted wedding showers here and it's a fabulous space to throw a party. In addition to the indoor space, we have a private outdoor patio space that is about 150 sf and includes chairs and a table. The indoor and outdoor space are separated by beautiful glass accordion sliders which can completely open up for an indoor-outdoor vibe, or stay closed while still providing a lovely view to the outdoors. If you are a business who relies on street traffic, our location is excellent for you. We are located in south Santa Monica on a busy boulevard surrounded by cute shops, a local market, and plenty of pedestrians. Parking is a breeze with our free parking lot behind the building and ample free street parking in front. Currently, the space is occupied by 3 wooden desks, 2 small sofas, and a coffee table. If you need the space cleared or only some of these items, we can discuss moving whatever you need. Please note, there is still a lot of free space available. In addition to the open front space, there is a private back office (about 80sf) which could be rented out alone as a private office. It can also be used as a storage space or "back room" for the event you're throwing. There are many options in this place!
