About the Space

On a clear day you can see Catalina Island. With a nice sized pool and pool house, a deck, a brick fire pit, and two old old California Live Oak trees in the back yard. The pool offers a normal size rectangular shaped pool with gradual stairs as you go in. There are pool chairs and tables with umbrella right next to the pool for shade and sitting. Renting the pool will give you access to all the facilities near the pool. This pool belongs to a 2300+ sq. ft. two-story English Tudor, in Echo Park, CA, on two lots (approx. 23,000 sq. ft.). Built in 1928 by architect Sumner Spaulding, known for his work on the Avalon Casino on Catalina Island, the Harold Lloyd Estate known as "Green Acres" and the iconic Beverly Hillbillies Mansion.
