House Rules: A facility waiver form/rental agreement needs to be signed by the guest that is booking before the booking is finalized or upon arrival for booking. No food or drink allowed in the studio. (There is a kitchenette area onsite that your may use.) No nudity allowed. No smoking allowed on the premises.
