We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features a 270 sq ft single-story floor plan. The loft also features a bathtub (non-functional but could be filled up upon request) and sink (non-functional), unique furniture and different one-of-a-kind decors. There are WiFi, A/C inside the loft, as well as paid parking lots next to the building. No shoes / sharp objects are allowed on the floor as they couldn't be cracked. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no a way to put buffer in between booking here. Please ASK to confirm. *** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area. *** Please note, Credit Card Authorization form needs to be filled out and collect before the start of your shoot, in case of damages. To fill up the tub: *** The tub will be filled up by our team WITHIN your booking period. Only our team could fill up the tub. ONE ADDITIONAL HOUR is highly recommended to be booked as setup time in order for us to fill the tub, as it usually take us that long to have it filled. Rose petals shown in the pictures are not included.
