A 1500 square foot studio perfect for photo shoots and video productions.
Studio Manager: $350/day
Cleaning Cost: $200/day
Furniture with the Studio A Rental: 2x two-person couches, 2x chairs
Private green rooms, private make-up/hair/changing room.
Equipment and amenities free with rental:
Assorted c-stand and grip equipment (clamps, apple boxes, flags, sandbags, etc.)
We have 10 desks that can be used as workstations at no extra cost.
Climate controlled. HVAC systems have been optimized to deliver higher rates of fresh air to ensure compliance with Covid-19 guidelines.
Plentiful parking in the attached garage to the complex (prices are posted at garage entrance).
This is a first floor space. No elevators or stairs needed to access the studio. Limited touch points.
This is not a fully natural light studio. You will need artificial lighting. Either your own or you can rent our Kino LED package.
10 people in the studio (with permission prior to booking)
All video productions must have a certified Covid-19 Compliance Officer on set. We can provide one for an additional $350/day.
We have a remote viewing setup available for use to any remote participants
Available equipment for rental with certificate of insurance:
Colored seamless paper is available for $10/pull
LED continuous lighting rental package available for $50 per day (3x Kino Flo Freestyle 21 kit, 2x Litepanel Gemini, 2x Litemat 4+ kit, 8x Quasar Science Full RGB LED Lightbulbs 4’)

If you need any additional production team members, such as camera person, lighting specialists, editor, sound, we have available for their respective (but highly competitive) prices.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
