    Kelly was so welcoming and accommodating! She greeted my party with a big warm smile, and even helped out with our video shoot! The location was very nice and looked better than we expected. Lastly, We went slightly over time and she didn’t give us a hard about it. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing an comfortable, affordable space to film or shoot!

Dope creative art studio like nothing you’ve seen before. The space is divided into 5 rooms plus two bathrooms. First we give you the creation room. Perfect spot to host an art themed event such as a puff and paint. Second room is a glow in the dark clouds 9 room. If you know then you know. Third room is our working room. Perfectly set up for you to spray paint, epoxy and even dry your art! The fourth room is our VIP room it’s for the top of the top top. Equipped with hookah, snacks and private bathroom Our last room is our small business room. Equipped with a desktop, printer, cutting machine and pretty much anything a crafting/ art business should need The space is 420 friendly to enhance your creative flow. Ducked off location in a warehouse district
