A one-of-a-kind historic mechanic shop that has been converted into four uniquely designed loft spaces each with its own signature vibe. The steal beams, exposed AC, and concrete floors creates the feel of an industrial mechanic shop. Located in the heart of Houston's Segundo Barrio which is rich with Latin culture and art. This listing is for all four industrial Lofts--The Americano, The O.G., The Low Rider, and The Slab-- which are a total of 4,400 sf. Each loft is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and upstairs loft that includes two queen-size beds. There are a total of three queen-size beds in each unit or 12 total beds in all 4 lofts. Each living room has its own accent wall that would look great in any photoshoot. The entire property is gated for privacy and includes a keypad for entry and exit. With its custom design, would be great for photoshoots, work events, happy hours, and many great activities.
