It is perfect for photo/video/ film productions and events.
Full usable areas include: Front Yard, Common Area Restroom, Two-Quarter-Turn Stairs, High-Ceiling Foyer and Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Backyard Patio, Pool/Hot Tub.
Extra Amenities for a premium price: There is a Fitness Area on the second floor that can also be included for an extra $80 per day. Bedrooms are available upon inquiry.
Parking: 6 parking spots are available while renting the villa (2 in the garage, 4 in the driveway as long as there is space for people to pass through the sidewalk). Keep in mind sprinter vans and crew trucks take up 2 spaces. If more than 6 spots are needed, there are street parking with no permit needed.
Extra Parking: There is a Ralphs Grocery Store about 0.5 Miles away people can park at and carpool or rideshare over to the house. For smaller productions however, we highly recommend reducing the amount of cars to an amount that can fit in the driveway.
