Welcome to Our Bluebird House in Decatur, “where it’s greater.” This is a great home to retreat to, but still have super close and easy access to all ATL has to offer. THE HOUSE: – 4 beds, 2 baths (Bedrooms have blackout curtains and memory foam mattresses. 3 have queen-size beds, and 1 has a full-size bed. – Bonus room with 2 desks (great for remote workers) – 1656 square feet – 1/2 acre on a quiet, dead-end street with friendly neighbors – Partially fenced backyard – Gorgeous fully-stocked kitchen with brand new, stainless steel appliances & gas range – Large, comfy couch – Beautifully maintained hardwood floors – Very clean & well looked after THE TECHNOLOGY & SAFETY: – WIFI speed is 400 MBPS (this is really fast and can handle multiple devices streaming simultaneously) – 2 50-inch 4k Ulta High Definition Roku TVs (on a swivel) – Keyless entry / smart lock with forced-entry detection – Smart thermostat – Blink doorbell & security cameras – Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors in each bedroom THE AMENITIES YOU MAY HAVE MISSED: – Utilities & lawncare are included – High-speed WIFI – Blackout curtains in the bedrooms – Programmable coffeemaker – Tea kettle – 2 desks – Hair dryer THE LOCATION: – Located in North Decatur, close to *many* hospitals & healthcare facilities – Walking distance to Kensington MARTA *TRAIN* station (blue line) – 1 mile (and 1 stop) to downtown Avondale Estates (great food, coffee, breweries, & Avondale Farmers Market) – 3 miles (and 2 stops) to downtown Decatur (even more great food, coffee, breweries, and live music) – Located on a dead-end street that is easy to miss. This means very little traffic & riff-raff. – 5 min. to Publix, 11 min. to Sprouts & Whole Foods, 6 min. to DeKalb Farmers Market – 10 min. to Target and 3 different Walmarts – 19 min. to the CDC As your host we want you to have an excellent stay.
