A beautiful property with historical buildings and a lovely hill with some lovely trees in the corner with sweeping views of Cotati and Rohnert Park. The property is located a couple minutes off the 101 highway for easy access yet very little noise reaches the barn. A peaceful setting perfect to shoot an intimate scene, host a fun event or gather your associates for a meeting.
