This rustic property is acres of land spread out. Starting off at $ 240.00 an Hour. Incredible amount of land for a Base Camp. There is (1) house on the property. Approx. 5 miles away from all cities. It can be used as a Working Ranch, Deserted Ranch, Depression Era Ranch, Border Town, Hideout, Gun Fight's, Music Videos, Helicopter Landings, Bombings, Apocalyptic Events, or even a Haunted Ghost Town. Multiple types of actual farm equipment that are not shown in the pictures. Farm equipment and Vehicles can be moved for additional fee's. Must remove trash from shoot. Must provide (COI) Certificate of Insurance before Shoot/Set Up Date and it Must Cover all Rental Dates. Do not park on the weeds as it is part of the scenery. Location is off a city paved road. Ed is the best location owner a production could ask for. The space was perfect for our needs, we didn’t have any issues. Production went off without a hitch. Hope we find an excuse to shoot here again in the future.
