This unique place has a style all its own. Nicely remodeled with white marble tile and counters. Grey hard wood floors and carpet in bedrooms. Close to Bellevue, and I-90 to Seattle is a 20 min drive. Due to location traffic is never a problem. Plenty of nearby street parking is available as well as two off street spots in the driveway. Guests enjoyed the backyard hammock, deck swing and views of mountain in distance. It is truly a beautiful place enhanced by flowers. Welcome home, it is lived in beautiful and well cared for. Our home was completely remodeled in 2019 and includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We have a large fully fenced back yard as well as many wild and cultivated plants. The bathrooms and kitchen are all adorned with white marble counters and tile, there are grey laminate hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway. The bedrooms are carpeted. There are two full bathrooms with tubs and showers. The counters provide ample space for your personal items and closets are empty for your use. There are two sliding glass doors one off the kitchen/dining room and the other off the master bedroom. They both open onto the back deck which runs the length of the house and is where we placed the grill, some seating and a canopied swing. There are string lights above that create atmosphere during the evening. In the summer the deck has a foam mattress with a bug net that allows you to sleep outside without getting wet or bitten on hot nights. The house has no A/C. However we have 4 - 18” fans, one main one in the dining room and one in every bedroom which keeps the place comfortable on the hottest days. We have non-stick and stainless steel cookware for your cooking needs. Be careful not to use metal on the surface or cook hotter than medium or you could damage the pans. There are house plants in nearly every room adding beauty to the home. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that helps warm you up on cozy winter nights. We have our skin care studio and storage on the lower floor. We have our own separate entrance and do not share any of the spaces above during your stay. We may turn on or off the outdoor lights depending on how we are using the space. We will observe the house rules and expect our guests to do the same. Laundry access is available for stays longer than 21 days.
