About the Space

A lovingly restored theater and bar in the heart of the NE Portland Woodlawn neighborhood. We are nestled between a brewery and a coffee shop on a quaint neighborhood triangle with ample street parking. The bar seats up to 45 and includes a full kitchen, a living green wall, original graffiti walls, hardwood floors, vintage chandelier and sconces, and custom fixtures. The theater in the rear of the building has 89 fixed seats (but can seat up to 120) and a sprung hardwood dance floor. The theater also has a brand new state of the art sound system and custom acoustic sound panels. We have a box office at the street entrance that mimics the original movie theater design, a side entrance that leads directly into the theater with an office/coat check/storage room, and a hallway with gorgeous wallpaper and vintage light fixtures. There are 3 shared bathrooms located between the theater and the bar spaces. All spaces are ADA compliant and the building has had seismic upgrades and is fully sprinklered. You can rent each space individually or the entire building (bar +theater) together.
