Charming 1916 Retro/Country Desert home with the unique feature of an intact U.S. Post Office built in that operated from 1918--1980. Interior is colorful bohemian mixed with funky pieces from the 1950's, 1960's & 1970's. Large windows on all sides of the house creates beautiful natural light. Located in the beautiful Owens Valley and right near the Town of Lone Pine. You would have passed through Cartago on the way to Mammoth driving Hwy 395! Set between two mountain ranges, this small desert town also resides next to Owens Lake. The Valley is accustomed to accommodating film crews, as it is often used for shoots. Available for rent, on the premises, is a fairly large wardrobe kit including, but not limited to: -Rolling racks -Sewing machines & notions -Accessories, men & women (jewelry, ties, belts, scarves, plus) -Character clothing, men & women -Crafts -Unique props and tools. *BONUS* I am a seasoned industry Costume Designer who understands the needs of a crew, therefore, I am extremely flexible to work with you!
