Share Charming, historical duplex built in the 1920s and renovated in the 1980's. Walls are all a cool-toned gray, minus the downstairs bathroom which has a blue floral wallpaper and the upstairs half-bath which has a red floral wall paper. Large windows in all the rooms allow for plenty of natural light, especially upstairs but also has shutters and blinds so the amount of light can be limited. This is an older home, so it has seen a bit of wear and tear throughout the years but it's all part of the charm, and the beautiful fire places and high ceilings make it one of a kind.
Both units are completely separate which makes it great for break-out sessions during meetings, or for film crews who need a separate space for equipment or hair/makeup. But both units are joined by the backyard where teams can come together, or in the living rooms where we've ensured there is enough space for larger parties.
